Do not let
laundry pile up
Piled up laundry can be a
very depressing thing. I've known several people who-for some strange
reason-let their laundry accumulate until the weekend. Since the washer and
dryer do the vast majority of the work, why would you put it off? Really think
about how long it takes to wash, dry, fold, and put away a single load. Time yourself.
If you have young children
and need to pre-treat clothes then you'll of course take the longest.
Learn to pair
this non-thinking task with tasks that require more mental energy
For many years now my
secret to staying on top of this task has been to combine this non-thinking
task with the more mentally challenging task of cooking. Remember, though, I'm
talking about a single load.
Do this 3 or 4 times a week
(probably daily if you have small children) and you'll get laundry under
control the first week.

of 4, kids can help fold and put up their own clothes. I hope these 3 easy tips

management efforts.
